Handmade & One-of-a-Kind Items

All jewelry and physical products are handmade, often using natural crystals and natural materials. Because of this:

  • Each piece is unique

  • Natural variations in color, texture, and shape are normal and part of the magic

  • Photos are representative, not exact replicas

Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days

  • Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier

  • You will receive tracking information once your order ships

Please note: delivery delays caused by the postal service are outside of our control, but I’m always happy to help however I can.

Care & Use

To keep your items looking their best:

  • Avoid water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals

  • Remove jewelry before bathing, swimming, or sleeping

  • Store in a dry, safe place when not in use

Crystal jewelry is meant to be worn with intention and care 💫

Returns & Exchanges (Physical Items)

Because many items are handmade or made in small batches:

  • All sales are final

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect

If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, and I’ll do my best to make it right.

Digital Products Policy

Digital products include items such as downloadable journals, planners, templates, and printable pages.

Please note:

  • All digital product sales are final

  • Due to the nature of digital downloads, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered once the file has been accessed or downloaded

  • Files are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, redistributed, or altered for commercial use
